($10) Light gold. Mint, baking spices and dried pear on the nose. Tangy and precise, sharpened by bitter orchard fruit and citrus zest flavors and a deeper note of green almond. A bit unforgiving on the finish but offers nicely precise, dusty citrus character and refreshingly bitter cut.
