Tasting
Notes
Winemaker's Tasting Notes: A gold green in colour, this wine provides a multi-layered complexity both on the nose and palate. The nose combines the perfumed richness with ripe tropical fruit and integrated vanillan oak. The palate is soft, rich, and full showing structure and a lingering acid finish. As the wine ages the palate will increase in strength and weight and the wine will improve over the next five years. The rich soft fruit flavours also allow for early consumption. This wine should cellar well for 5 years.
