Pale, bright silver-yellow. Aromas of passion fruit, lemon icing and pepper. Quite dry, even a tad tart, but with noteworthy spicy intensity to the flavors of citrus pith and green tropical fruits. Firm and bracing but not hard, finishing with sneaky lingering flavor.
