This shows why a wine doesn’t have to have scale and weight, read - higher alcohol, along with a heavy handed wood regimen to make a statement. This shows exceptional fruit purity, along the lines of lime and white orchard fruit, with just the right touch of vanilla and toast adding framework and supporting structure, which gives a subtle butternut character to the fruit aromatically and in the palate. Clean and refreshing, weighing in at 13.5 %, this has a streamlined precision to the fruit, highlighted with its acidity that gives drive with just the right amount of toast to give roundness and texture. This offers restraint and elegance with clean citrus and white tree fruit flavors making this something that drinks well on its own yet will sing and build with an assortment of foods.

Juicy and medium-weight, offering delicious pear, graham cracker and fig flavors that glide along, with a note of grilled hazelnut weaving through the finish. Ripe and showy. This will have its fans for sure.
