Light yellow-gold. Quinine, lime and petrol on the nose, with a subtle floral undertone. Light-bodied citrus and yellow fruit flavors could use more intensity but are pleasingly fresh. The clean finish features an echo of quinine. I'd serve this well chilled to emphasize its freshness.
