Although this may seem a touch more expensive than what we have generally offered for a Torrontes once you try the wine the price is easily justified. A rigorous selection of grapes with five percent of the grapes given a short stint in new oak has resulted in a wine with a beautiful personality with all the positives of the varietal. Lifted floral notes of honeysuckle and white flowers along with a slight hint of musk gives way to notes of peachy, stone fruit and ripe pear on the nose. The palate offers an inner mouth perfume, almost floral, to go along with the stone fruit and white tree fruit flavors. Try this with Thai or Indian food.
