As with many Pinot Noirs coming out of the Central Otago region of New Zealand this has a note of wild herb pushing up through the dark cherry fruit, which ads nuance without detracting from the fruit. This may be one of the better values we have in terms of Kiwi Pinot Noir, it's supple and deeply fruited combining both vibrant fruit and a engaging texture feel that makes this is a pure delight to drink. Supporting reviews confirm that this is a serious bottle of wine without a hefty price tag.

Medium red. Ripe raspberry, cherry and spices on the nose. Dense, sweet and bright, with pepper, herb and spice notes perking up the middle palate. Good density and breadth here. Finishes with ripe tannins and very good length. This lovely harmonious pinot nicely combines texture and vibrancy.
