Cabriere Pierre Jourdan Cuvee Belle Rose 100% Pinot Noir Sparkler from Franschhoek
Tasting
Notes
Someone else's bad luck was our good fortune, an importer leaving the business, closed out the last of his inventory and we are able to offer a crazy deal. A copperish, pale salmon, delicate pink in color. Small bead pattern, persistent leading into a nose of assorted delicate red berries and a touch of smokiness. The palate is slightly creamy with small red berry fruit flavors.
Produced using MCC (Methode Cap Classique) - secondary fermentation in the bottle
