89pts, Robert Parker, Jr., The Wine Advocate, #161 10/31/05 "Bleasdale produces some of the most reliable as well as fairly priced wines from Langhorne Creek that are good choices for both neophytes and connoisseurs. Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, the dense ruby/purple-hued 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon Mulberry Tree is a nicely-textured, medium to full-bodied, elegant, rich, concentrated effort that emphasizes fruit as well as varietal character. It spent 18 months in neutral 300 liter French and American hogsheads. Drink it over the next 4-5 years." |
