In the few years that this wine has been produced it has over delivered in everyway. The current 2007 release is another terrific effort and considering the exceptional fruit weight and intensity this over delivers in every way. Fuller bodied with palate caressing suppleness the fruit is dark to the core with some intriguing spice and toast notes from the well judged oak. Still young and evolving with some tannic firmness on the finish this should drink impressively over the next 3-4 years. Looking for something for these cold winter nights, this is a great call.

Concentrated and focused, with alluring cedar and roasted vanilla notes weaving through the dark currant and plum fruit, followed by a nicely structured finish. More like Cabernet than Malbec. Rock solid. Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon. Drink now through 2010.
